Graduate Collection - BA in Fashion Design

Graduate Collection for BA (Hons) in Fashion Design House of Heritage was a three outfit collection designed and presented in May 2012, as a part of my graduation thesis regarding the Vintage Fashion Trend. After examining the trend of Vintage Fashion as a cultural phenomenon and its connection to history, time and the cities, I decided to create a collection inspired by the "vintage garments" of the city. The neoclassical buildings of Athens are the city's inherited wardrobe and through my graduate collection "House Of Heritage" I tried to create a conversation between the past and the future, about decay and timelessness.
